Oceania Digital Group (ODG) maintains a total customer satisfaction guarantee on all ODG orders. If you, the customer, are unhappy with the product/service for any reason, simply contact us and we will rectify this for you. To obtain a refund, you must contact us with your order number so we can process your refund.

Your order number can easily be found on the order invoice that was emailed to you.


It generally takes 3 - 5 business days or less to process your refund. Once a refund is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial banking institution.
